Come for the snooker stay for the craic
We are the only club on campus with our very own exclusive premises. Situated in the basement of rye hall (enter through rye hall by the entrance closest to John Hume or by the creche beside campus accommodation) we have three snooker tables, three pool tables and two dart boards.
At €1 per game of pool and €4 for an hour of snooker (the dart boards are free to use as long as you bring your own equipment) our rates are the best in the country and we are a unique facility amongst Irish third level institutions.
The club is open from 8am to 10pm so feel free to call down between those hours to have a game.
We run tournaments (points handicapped) on Tuesday evenings from seven o clock where members can qualify for our InterVarsity teams to represent the college in national competitions. Over the last four years, our members have enjoyed trips to Glasgow, London, Belfast, Nenagh, Navan and Dundalk to name but a few.
Whether you're a novice or an experienced player, all new members are welcomed and coaching can be provided if wanted.
