Where?
Straight ahead and to the left of you as you enter the main double doors of the SU building is your SU Bar & Venue.
What?
The Bar serves food from early morning until late evening and has live entertainment each night. It is also a great venue for all the live sports you wish to see on numerous screens ensuring it is the main social hub on campus. Before and after lectures people reconvene, chill out and enjoy the entertainment!
Prices are student-friendly and a warm welcome will always await you from Mark, Conor and the entire team. The Venue plays host to our large events during the year, such as the Freshers' and Summer Balls. The Venue is used often by Clubs and Societies and sound and lighting technicians are provided by the SU to assist with events.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The MSU Bar and Venue operates on a Club Licence where registered students are members. You are required to carry your Student Card with you at all times to prove membership and it is mandatory to present it to access the Bar & Venue from 6pm.
During term-time members may sign in guests (one guest per student) to events in the MSU Bar & Venue. Exceptions to this practice may apply at certain times.

We’ve got a lot going on in the MSU Club this January!!! Interested in joining some fun activities to help you destress during exams? Make sure to check out Maynooth Students Unions’ latest campaign ‘Destress’ which includes many carefully organized events, put together to get all students involved in taking care of themselves during this stressful time!!! The MSU Club are running a free porridge deal in participation with the Destress Campaign so make sure to pop in any morning between the 9th-20th of January between 8.30am-9.30am to get your free bowl!!!
Feeling like a celebratory drink after a job well done with your exams? We would love to celebrate with you! That’s why we have a wonderful drinks promotion, running at the MSU Club you can get any of our signature cocktails for just €4!!! This deal will be running from the 3rd –20th of January.
It doesn’t end there! Everyone needs a hearty meal for lunch, especially between exams to help recharge and refuel. That is why any student can get a main meal, and any can of minerals or a coffee for just €7.50!! This deal will be running again from the 9th-20th of January.

We’re serving Seattle’s Best Coffee at our coffee dock where you can stop by to pick up a quick coffee and one of our tasty treats to get you through your day. We have seasonal coffees that aim to keep you in a festive spirit all year long! Soon to come are our new Christmas flavors!

Sports
The MSU Club hosts a number of different student-friendly events every week. If you enjoy Live acts, Karaoke, Quiz Nights, Music Bingo and so much more be sure to pop into the MSU Club to get involved in our weekly events.
The MSU Club is passionate about sports and getting everyone involved in our weekly football matches which are displayed every single week! We will be showing all the world cup matches so make sure to stop by to see who’s taking the lead!!!
