Maynooth Students’ Union exists to represent all students of the University and SPCM. The Student Voice is heard and acted upon through the SU Constitution, Student Senate, and the Academic Rep and Clubs & Societies representational systems. There are opportunities for students to get involved at all levels and represent their peers and work together to enact change and drive SU policy.

Government of the Union

The MSU Constitution sets out the authority of the government of the Union. This authority has been vested in, and exercised by the following:

• Referendum
• Board of Trustees
• Student Senate
• Executive
• President

Decisions may only be altered or revoked at the same or higher level of government at which it was enacted.
