Located outside the science building on north campus you will find the campus ATM. You can take out money 24/7!
Student Skills and Sucess
The Student Skills and Sucess office is essentially a ‘one-stop-shop' for all aspects of your university life. Located in the Arts building the Academic, Programme Advisory, and Academic Writing Support Services provide personalised guidance and support to help you navigate your academic journey. The Careers and Employability Service is dedicated to enabling you to develop the skills you need to excel professionally, whether that means exploring future career paths, upskilling, securing a placement, or networking with potential employers. studentsuccess@mu.ie
Maynooth Access Programme Office
The Access Office exists to support HEAR, DARE, Mature Students and students who came into college through alternative entry routes. It offers personal, academic and financial supports to students to ease the transition to college for incoming students and support current students.

Exam Office
The Exams office manages everything in relation to student examinations including exam timetables, venues, schedules etc.

Fees and Grants Office
The fees and grants office are responsible for ensuring that all elements of a student's finance lifecycle are carried out efficiently and on time. The offer coffee mornings which allow students the opportunity to talk to a member of the office, walk in Wednesdays and prebooked appointments.

MSU Info Centre
Here in the MSU Info Centre you can find answers to questions you may have, get necessities like printing and binding done, or just have a nice chat. The Info Centre is located at the Students Centre on North Campus (Eircode W23 W6R7), which is located just to the right of the main plaza.

Maths Support Centre
This is a free service that provides additional support to those that are studying maths as an element in their course of for their degree. They have drop-in sessions for both under and postgraduate students.

Student Services
Student Services offers a range of free supports and services to all students including counselling and a free health centre, budgeting advisor, the housing site, the Healthy Campus team and the student support officer.

Maynooth University GYM
Located within the Phoenix building is the fitness building. The fitness centre is always staffed and operates on a commercial basis. Fitness Centre opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 10pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am to 5pm.
Londis
Located within the John Hume building you will find the MSU Londis shop. From coffee, sweets and sandwiches, Londis has all you need to stay fuelled during the busy college day.

Out of Term-Time (Study Breaks/Inter Semester Breaks etc)

MSU Bar and Venue
Located within the SU building is the Bar and Venue. Serving breakfast lunch and dinner along with a coffee dock and pool tables the bar has what you need for an entertaining afternoon! The events team host some wonderful and amazing events in the MSU venue, from paint and sips to DJ nights you will always find something that suits your taste.
The MSU bar and venue operate on a club license were which students are members. Don’t forget your student card after 6pm as it is required to gain access to the building. During term-time members may sign in guests (one guest per student) to events in the MSU Bar & Venue.
During Term: 9am-11.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am-6pm (Friday).

Located in humanity house within South Campus, the records and registration office provide the following services.
- Student Registration
- Translation of name/update of name
- Module/Subject Amendment
- Registration of modules from outside of chosen degree
- Qualification Amendment
- Undergraduate Deferral/Withdrawal
- Postgraduate Suspension/Withdrawal
- Issue of Academic Transcripts
- Class Ranking
- Stamping of forms (social welfare/medical card/J1)
- Letters certifying Registration
- Information on how to obtain replacement degree parchments
- Issue of Student MyCard

Computer Science Centre
Provides free tutoring to students studying certain modules within computer science. It is provided on a voluntary basis, allowing students aid in aespects of their module(s) they may not understand.
