Has your Academic Rep not been representing your class effectively? 

Academic Representative are essential to ensuring student concerns are heard and addressed. If you have been unable to make contact with your Academic Rep, or have not received a response within a reasonable timeframe, please be assured that support is available. Before submitting a report, we recommend:

  1. Confirming you have used the correct contact details for your rep.
  2. Allowing a reasonable period for a response (e.g. 5 working days), accounting for the rep's own academic commitments.
  3. Attempting an alternative method of contact where appropriate (e.g. class group, teams, or in person).


If you have taken these steps and still have not received a response, please use the form below to notify the Students' Union. Your report will be treated confidentially and will help us ensure all students receive the representation they are entitled to. We will follow up with your Academic Rep directly and, where necessary, escalate the matter through the appropriate School or Faculty channels.
