Every year, MSU employs over 80 students across all of it's operations and services. Whether it's the Front Office, Shop, Bar or Venue you are bound to see a fellow student at some stage!
Maynooth Students Union (MSU) is the representative body for all students of Maynooth University and St Patrick's College Maynooth. MSU provides a platform for the delivery of services and activities of the Students’ Union.
Operations Support Staff are key to the efficient running and delivery of MSU services to our students. Support staff are required across service operations between Sept 2020 to May 2021 (the organisation will provide you with hours during term time weeks, these hours may vary week to week).

Vacancy: REPRESENTATION TEAM
Role Summary
The MSU Representation Team will act as, or support, the Secretaries of MSU representative bodies in:
- Making sure meetings are organised and minuted efficiently.
- Maintaining administration, records, and governance requirements.
- Thorough communication and correspondence
In addition to the above the MSU Representation Team will support the Director of Democratic Affairs in upholding the constitutional requirements of the Committee and the representative structures of the Union by supporting ongoing policy development.
